Amstel Gold Race 2025

On April 20, the competition starts in Maastricht with international cyclists such as Tadej Pogačar and Mathieu van der Poel, and Spanish participation in all categories.

The Amstel Gold Race is a key event on the international professional cycling calendar. It takes place in Limburg province, in the south of the Netherlands, following a route with over 30 climbs, including the famous Cauberg.

In the men’s category, cyclists like Tadej Pogačar and Mathieu van der Poel will compete. Spain will be represented by riders such as Pello Bilbao, Alex Aranburu, and Juan Ayuso. In the women’s race, Mavi García will represent Spain, alongside competitors like Demi Vollering and Liane Lippert.

As part of the UCI WorldTour, the race annually attracts teams and athletes from various countries. The 2025 edition retains its traditional, demanding route, known for its continuous short and technical climbs.
