El día más corto [ED+C] 2024

On December 21, the 12th edition of the festival will take place in public spaces and on digital platforms, promoting short films through screenings that are open and accessible to everyone.

Coinciding with the winter solstice, the new edition of El Día Más Corto will take place. This annual European event is organized in Spain by the Spanish Short Film Coordinator. For 24 hours, simultaneous and free screenings of short films will be available in various physical and digital spaces, including schools, hospitals, streets, squares, and streaming platforms. The event promotes the dissemination of short films as an essential part of cinema.

This open event invites institutions, companies, and citizens to actively participate by creating their own screening spaces from a catalog of high-quality short films.
